Rev. Marcia

Recording artist, ordained minister,  

Bible teacher and joyful mom

REV. MARCIA SAPP has traveled across the globe as a minister of the gospel, singing, preaching and teaching the Bible. She began singing with her family at church and public events at the tender age of 3, formally gave her life to Christ at age 5, and answered the call to preach at age 21. Since then, she has had a passion for the Word of God and prayer.

  

Her music ministry has been received internationally and featured on various television outlets, including BET Gospel, Good Day New York and The Word Network. She is perhaps best known for her lead vocal on the NJ Mass hit, “Holy Spirit”.

 

Rev. Marcia holds a bachelor’s in Christian Studies from Grand Canyon University and a master’s in Education from Regent University. An ordained minister, she formerly co-founded and co-pastored Christ Centre, a church in St. Michael, Barbados, West Indies, where she reached nationwide with messages of empowerment and healing through a national radio broadcast.

 

Rev. Marcia has served as the Executive Administrator at First Presbyterian Church in Newark, NJ, Director of the Praise and Worship Team Ministry at St. James AME Church in Newark, NJ and as a Ministry Administrator / Young Adult Choir Director at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in Somerset, NJ. She now travels in ministry and does a weekly online Bible study.

Rev. Marcia is the joyful mother of four blessed daughters – Azhia, Candace, Jaime and Danielle.
